Deleting your account will permanently erase your shop credentials, customer ledger balances, sales bills, pledged (girvi) records, catalog photos, and cloud backups. This action cannot be reversed.
📱 Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the Sunaar Khata app installed on your Android device, you can delete your account immediately:
- Open the Sunaar Khata app.
- Tap on Settings (Gear Icon) in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to the Account & Support (खाता व सहायता) section.
- Tap on "Delete Account & All Data" (खाता व सारा डेटा हटाएं).
- The app will automatically export an emergency JSON backup for your safety, then permanently delete all cloud records and log you out.
🌐 Option 2: Request Deletion via Web Form / Email
If you have uninstalled the app or lost your mobile phone, submit your registered details below to send an automated deletion request to our developer team:

24 to 48 hours.
What data is deleted?
- All customer profiles, phone numbers, and address entries.
- All credit/debit balances, transaction histories, and digital passbooks.
- All pledged (girvi) records, ornament photos, and loan calculations.
- All sales invoices, tax bills, and inventory logs.
- Firebase Authentication user accounts, passwords, and security tokens.
Retention period:
Data is purged immediately upon in-app confirmation, and within 48 hours for web email requests. We do NOT retain residual copies of your customer records after deletion.
